Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a Creator Business Development & Incubation Intern for the 2027 Summer program in Los Angeles. The role focuses on recruiting and onboarding creators, managing relationships, and driving growth through cross-functional collaboration.

The internship involves developing programs with brands, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering insights to optimize creator monetization and onboarding efforts.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate/Master's in Business, Marketing, Communications, Tech, entertainment or related field.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, creators and audience.
• Proven track record of identifying and building relationships.
• Understanding of the creator economy and digital content trends.
• Comfort with analytics tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard creators/influencers for TikTok Shop operations.
• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of creators; build strong relationships.
• Design and implement programs to drive creator growth and retention.
• Foster collaborations between creators and brands; work with cross-functional teams.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics; report insights to stakeholders.
