Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Intern in Seattle for a 12-week Summer 2027 program within Global Operations. The role offers exposure to merchant growth, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will help acquire and incubate merchants, develop innovative collaboration models, and present strategic content and promotions to clients while building strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
• Discover innovative collaborative models that align with merchants' development plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve growth challenges.
• Offer strategic content, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising and logistics solutions.
• Update clients on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities.
