Job summary

TikTok Shop – US Operation offers an exciting Creator Growth Project Intern role based in Los Angeles. You will work on short-term projects, develop practical skills, and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research or related field.
Experience in data/business analytics, including consulting and internet companies.

Responsibilities

Design creator incentive programs aligned with each cluster’s merchandising focus.
Incorporate cluster-specific creator needs into program logic and reward structures.
Track utilization rates and task progress using dashboards and internal tools.
Generate data-driven insights and actionable improvement plans for future programs.
Conduct post-mortem reviews to assess performance and identify improvements.
