Job summary

TikTok is offering a campus internship in Seattle to support the creator and affiliate product team. You will work on merchandise strategy, merchant operations, and data-driven process improvements during a 12-week Summer 2027 program.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Commit to a 12-week Summer 2027 internship.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in forming full-lifecycle merchandise strategies and price competitiveness.
• Assist in merchant recruitment, onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Analyze KPIs and data to identify core issues and improve processes.
• Collaborate across EVENTS, INFLUENCERS, and product teams on projects.
