Job summary

TikTok is offering a Creator Business Development & Incubation Intern position in Seattle for Summer 2027 (MBA). You will identify and onboard creators, manage relationships, and drive growth by expanding the creator ecosystem on TikTok Shop.

Work with cross-functional teams to design campaigns and measure performance, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech company. The internship provides exposure to monetization strategies, partnerships, and real-world projects, with benefits

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an MBA and able to commit to 12 weeks in Summer 2027.
Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, creators and audience.
Proven track record of identifying and building relationships with creators/influencers.
Understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and digital content trends.
Comfort in using analytics tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Creator Recruitment & Onboarding: identify and engage creators/influencers to join TikTok Shop, lead onboarding for a seamless experience.
Relationship Management: be the main contact for a portfolio of creators, communicate updates and monetization opportunities.
Strategic Growth: design programs to drive creator growth and retention, collaborate to improve tools and features.
Partnership Development: foster collaborations between creators and brands, design campaigns with cross-functional teams.
Performance Analytics: track KPIs, deliver insights and reports to stakeholders.
