Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Coordinator to drive growth across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC affiliate initiatives. You will manage creator relationships, coordinate campaigns with agencies, and foster a thriving creator community while aligning with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, social commerce, or community management.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Experience managing external partners, agencies, or creator relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with top TikTok Shop creators.
• Be the primary contact for creator communications, opportunities, and escalations.
• Develop engagement strategies to boost retention, activation, and sales.
• Coordinate creator opportunities, product seeding, promotions, and campaigns.
• Manage community channels and provide timely creator support.
• Develop trainings, workshops, and playbooks for creators.
