Futures is seeking an Affiliate & Creator Manager to lead its global beauty creator partnerships from LA. You will source, onboard, manage, and grow creators, ambassadors, and affiliates, aligning with brand objectives and driving measurable results across social platforms, especially TikTok.

The role spans creator marketing, partnerships, social commerce, and performance marketing, with cross-functional exposure and opportunity to travel internationally.

Formación

• 2–5+ years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
• Experience managing creator campaigns and affiliate programmes.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of performance metrics and ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, recruit, onboard creators and affiliate partners aligned with brand objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, usage rights, deliverables and terms.
• Manage and grow the affiliate programme across key channels.
• Monitor performance, optimize partnerships based on ROI, engagement, and sales metrics.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns from briefing to delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate content approvals, timelines, seeding, and logistics.
