Job summary

Interns will assist with analyzing content quality, governance, and traffic while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive central creator performance. The program emphasizes proactive, detail‑oriented work and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Management, Communications, E-commerce, or Marketing.
• Proficient in Excel or Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis.
• Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and effective in team communication and collaboration.
• Able to commit at least 5 working days per week for a minimum of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
• Assist in incubating and growing e-commerce creators in terms of creator education, operations, and live stream support.
• Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
• Assist in analyzing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience in TikTok.
