Job summary

TikTok is offering a Global Operations project internship in Los Angeles/Southern California. You will engage in short-term projects, gain real-world experience, and work on outreach, onboarding, and creator support forTikTok LIVE in the U.S. market.

Successful candidates will commit to 5 on-site days per week for at least four months, with immediate availability preferred. This role provides hands-on learning across GTM, marketing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in written and spoken Mandarin needed to manage stakeholders in China market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to do outreach and campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data (Excel/Sheets basics; SQL/BI tools are a plus).
• Self-starter with ownership; able to operate in ambiguity and move fast in a startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising U.S. creators across content verticals and build first-touch relationships.
• Run outreach campaigns through GTM and marketing channels.
• Onboard new creators to TikTok LIVE and guide their first successful streams.
• Coach creators on live-streaming best practices: formats, structure, hooks, audience interaction, monetization.
• Introduce and drive adoption of TikTok LIVE tools to improve stream quality and conversion.
• Analyze creator performance data and turn insights into concrete recommendations.
• Support end-to-end execution of GTM campaigns targeting U.S. creators; track and iterate.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Content, Data to test new acquisition playbooks.
