TikTok is seeking a Commerce Ops Intern for the TikTok Shop - Operations Center in Los Angeles. This 2026-start internship is paid hourly and invites you to contribute to data analysis, business strategy, and creator education.

You will help grow e-commerce creators, support operations, and participate in live stream initiatives, learning in a fast-moving tech environment. The program offers day-one benefits, housing allowance eligibility for non-remote interns, and a teamwork-focused culture

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with data cleaning and basic analysis.
• Logical, detail-oriented mindset and ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and care.
• Strong sense of responsibility and effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end data analysis, business strategy, and communications for creator merchandizing.
• Assist in incubating and growing e-commerce creators through education, operations, and live stream support.
• Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, from resource management to strategy formation.
• Assist in analyzing creator content quality and traffic within governance and experience at TikTok.
