Job summary

TikTok is hiring a Project Intern in Los Angeles, CA. You will contribute to impactful, short-term projects within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and gain hands-on experience in social media and creator commerce strategies.

The role focuses on content management, creator engagement, and education/messaging, with opportunities to develop practical skills and explore a career in e‑commerce at TikTok.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• Strong verbal and written communication, coordination, project management and data analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex documents into digestible content.
• Organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Quick learner with interest in social media, creator marketing and community growth.
• Comfortable with presentation tools and spreadsheets (Slides/PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: manage content calendar, collect requests, coordinate with partners, improve workflows.
• Creator Community Management: support top creator community, organize activities and incentive programs.
• Creator Education & Messaging: develop creator-facing education, ensure clarity of value proposition and launches.
• Content strategy: synthesize insights and performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Creator teams to support project execution.
• Track progress, manage timelines and ensure deliverables on time.
• Contribute to day-to-day project operations in a fast-paced environment.
