TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a creator program leader in Los Angeles to oversee onboarding, incubation, and operations for TikTok local service creators. You will develop and execute growth campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with product and data teams to scale programs.

The role focuses on driving creator growth, engagement, and monetization, with cross-functional collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset to push the ecosystem forward in the US market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3 years of experience in creator management, creator strategy, or in-house creator/Influencer operations at a technology company.
• Outstanding communication and demonstrated experience in cross functional collaboration.
• A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with bias towards action.
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong understanding of creator performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TikTok local service creator's onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement campaign strategies, online & offline programs to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Ops, Data, ENG) to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively; Provide input on product roadmap and feature enhancements.
