Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of operation-related work experience, and experience in creator economy / operations preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills and strong empathy, master the operation methodology of creators and KOL.
• Experience managing team.
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, incubation, and workflows for creators to boost content production efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities.
