Job summary

TikTok is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead creator programs end-to-end in North America, owning strategy, planning, execution and measurement with a high degree of autonomy. You will partner with Product to streamline how programs run and scale, dig into program data to spot problems early and build proactive solutions, and keep stakeholders informed with clear reporting.
