Job summary

Red Seat Ventures seeks a strategic, revenue-driven Sales Leader to manage a NYC-based sales team driving revenue across our creator franchises on Podcast, YouTube, and Social Media. You will lead go-to-market strategies, nurture agency partnerships, and own forecasting and quota planning, aligning with senior stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, research, operations, and creator teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions and develop talent within the sales organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital/media sales experience.
• 3+ years of direct management at a major media company.
• Proven track record exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong agency relationships at NYC holding companies.
• Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms and trends.

Responsibilities

• Inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets.
• Cultivate senior-level relationships with clients and agencies to drive growth.
• Deliver compelling, high-quality responses to RFPs with excellent client service.
• Manage pipeline and activity using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Develop and implement innovative advertising sales strategies.
• Own revenue forecasting and quota planning across accounts.
