Job summary

Gymreapers is seeking a Manager, TikTok Live to own the strategy and day-to-day operations of our live shopping channel. You will manage internal hosts and creator rosters, build the playbook, and drive how livestreams convert to revenue, collaborating closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Merchandise.

You understand TikTok Shop inside and out and will turn insights into a consistently profitable channel that scales month over month.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience managing or operating TikTok Shop live streams or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics: algorithm, promotions and creator dynamics.
• Track record of driving measurable revenue growth through live streaming.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction and growth planning for TikTok Shop Live with revenue targets and KPIs.
• Directly manage and coach TikTok Live Host(s) and creator roster; hire and onboard new hosts as needed.
• Own scheduling, creative direction, and content strategy for live broadcasts; translate features into compelling moments.
• Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce and Merchandise to align live programming with product launches and campaigns.
