Job summary

Pattern in Los Angeles is seeking a TikTok Shop Creator LIVE Manager to drive creator partnerships, schedule Live sessions, and optimize GMV across Pattern brands. You will coordinate with Social Commerce Managers and Creator Success Managers to understand brands, product assortments, and merchandising priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop, creator or influencer partnerships, affiliate or social commerce, or LIVE commerce.
• Strong outreach and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging creators professionally and persuasively.
• Understanding of LIVE selling, merchandising, promotional mechanics, and product sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Social Commerce Managers and Creator Success Managers to understand Pattern brands, product assortments, and merchandising priorities.
• Identify and reach out to relevant TikTok Shop creators who are a strong fit for Pattern brands.
• Manage creator relationships end-to-end, from first outreach through ongoing collaboration.
• Track creator LIVE availability and schedules, and coordinate LIVE dates across creators and brands.
• Coordinate product selection and samples with creators, SCMs, and CSMs.
• Actively push Creator LIVE opportunities forward so sessions get scheduled and go live.
• Provide creators with LIVE strategy, including merchandising, promotional mechanics, and product sequencing, to improve performance and maximize GMV.
