Job summary

Pattern is seeking a TikTok Shop Creator LIVE Manager to drive creator partnerships, schedule LIVEs, and coordinate product samples across brands. You will work with Social Commerce Managers and Creator Success Managers to understand brand priorities and identify creators.

Success means regular Creator LIVE sessions, strong GMV performance, and scalable processes. You will collaborate with SCMs, CSMs, and the Livestream Manager, reporting to Casper Mao, in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in TikTok Shop or creator partnerships.
• Strong outreach and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of LIVE selling and merchandising.
• Excellent organization and follow-through to manage multiple creators and brands.
• Analytical mindset using GMV data to guide recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to TikTok Shop creators who fit Pattern brands.
• Manage creator relationships end-to-end, from outreach to ongoing collaboration.
• Track creator LIVE availability and schedules, coordinating LIVE dates across creators and brands.
• Coordinate product selection and samples with creators, SCMs, and CSMs.
• Actively push Creator LIVE opportunities forward so sessions get scheduled and go live.
• Provide creators with LIVE strategy, including merchandising and promotional mechanics, to improve performance and maximize GMV.
