Job summary

TikTok is seeking an intern to own growth strategies and operational programs for U.S. L1 to L2 e‑commerce creators. You will activate creators, drive sustained sales, retention, and tier progression, while segmenting cohorts for differentiated strategies.

You will build the growth funnel, identify peak‑impact points, and collaborate with product and algorithm teams to improve creator‑matching, onboarding, and growth interventions in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Three+ years in growth/operations or related field.
• Experience managing activation, conversion, retention funnels.
• Strong analytical skills with measurable funnels.
• Ability to use data to diagnose bottlenecks and guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategies and programs for U.S. L1–L2 e‑commerce creators.
• Segment creators by lifecycle stage, capabilities, performance, growth potential, and account health.
• Build and manage the creator growth funnel, identify high‑impact drop‑offs, and define success metrics.
• Partner with product and algorithm teams to improve matching and onboarding.
