Vetra Mobile is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, and Twitch. You'll write sharp copy, shoot and edit clips, and post daily to build our brand.

You will analyze performance, ride trends, engage the community, and coordinate with founders. Experience 2–5 years, a track record of growing accounts, and comfort with CapCut or Premiere are a must. This is a fast-moving startup role based in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years running social for a brand, in‑house or agency.
• Show receipts: provide links to accounts you grew and content that hit.
• Sharp, human copy—no corporate voice.
• You create content yourself: shoot, edit, and post short‑form video without waiting on a production team.
• Live on Twitch and TikTok and can name what is trending this week without looking it up.
• You read analytics and let data pick winners, not ego.
• You thrive with ownership and ambiguity; you write the playbook.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and ship content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, and Twitch clips.
• Engage daily: replies, comments, DMs, and community moments.
• Cut clips from creator streams and post same day or next.
• Review performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Coordinate with founders to align social with launches and promos.
• Own TwitchCon coverage: teaser content, live booth content, and recap.
