Vay, a pioneering mobility company in Las Vegas, seeks a Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Content Creator to own our social and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, and X. You’ll shoot, design, write, and publish compelling content with our on-site fleet, shaping a clear voice and narrative for a rapidly growing brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media and content creation across video and static formats.
• Proven ability to plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photography for social.
• Strong design skills producing on-brand graphics, motion, and templates.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy, channel mix, and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts; define voice and positioning.
• Produce on-brand graphics, motion, and templates for social, campaigns, and app storefronts.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photography — including on-site with the Las Vegas fleet — and write copy for engagement.
• Raise creative quality, support other teams’ video production, and enable content for LinkedIn and X by partnering with owning teams.
• Monitor, manage, and respond to social inboxes and comments daily.
• Track performance and iterate on formats that drive acquisition and engagement.
