Job summary

BLD is seeking a Creator Partnerships Coordinator to build and maintain a high-quality creator pipeline and support campaign execution. You will work directly with Creator Partnerships Managers to activate creators quickly, manage outreach across channels, and ensure effective onboarding.

This fast-paced role offers hands-on exposure to the creator economy, opportunities for growth into a Creator Partnerships Manager, and collaboration with leadership on performance-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing.
• Experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable in a startup setting and helping shape processes.
• Strong familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach and follow-ups.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify creators aligned with campaigns and niches.
• Execute high-volume outreach via email, Instagram, and other channels.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain consistent creator communication.
• Qualify creators based on brand fit, audience, and performance potential.
• Assist with onboarding, tracking links, briefs, and campaign setup.
• Monitor creator activity and flag performance trends or issues.
• Assist with reporting, payouts, and campaign optimization.
• Maintain records of outreach, responses, and creator status.
