Job summary

Passionfroot is seeking a Creator Community Manager to build and elevate our creator community. You will own the creator ecosystem, engaging partners and shaping programs that support creators at every stage, both internally and on the platform’s external face.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations to address issues, develop onboarding and education programs, and spotlight creator success stories to fuel growth and trust within a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management, creator partnerships, or customer success.
• Strong understanding of what makes creator communities thrive and feel valued.
• Ability to balance hands-on relationship building with scalable program design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, support, and operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall creator community strategy, including engagement, retention, advocacy, and satisfaction.
• Build relationships with creators and understand their needs, motivations, and pain points.
• Design and run community programs such as onboarding, education, events, ambassador programs, and feedback forums.
• Improve the end-to-end creator experience across the platform and reduce friction.
• Gather and synthesize creator feedback and partner with Product, Support, and Operations to address issues.
• Create resources, communications, and playbooks to help creators succeed.
• Monitor community health and sentiment using data and qualitative insights.
• Develop scalable systems for creator communication, recognition, and support.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth to highlight creator success stories and drive community-driven growth.
• Advocate for creators internally to inform platform improvements and business decisions.
