Job summary

Coach seeks a culturally connected Associate Manager, Community for the Coachtopia brand to foster authentic creator partnerships and community engagement across global markets. The role balances day-to-day execution with strategic relationship management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will work cross-functionally to align seasonal storytelling with brand vision, manage partnerships, and help scale community initiatives while reporting on impact and insights.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree; an equivalent combination of work experience and education considered.
• Experience in community marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent relations.
• Strong initiative and ability to drive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to align across functions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail; familiarity with influencer tools.

Responsibilities

• Help execute Coachtopia's global community strategy reflecting brand ethos.
• Manage day-to-day community and creator initiatives from outreach to recap.
• Build creator-led storytelling and user-generated content opportunities.
• Develop partnerships across sustainability, culture, fashion, and related spaces.
• Own outreach for partnerships and track budgets for initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, influencer, PR, legal, and product teams.
• Support casting for diverse voices and maintain external relationships.
• Monitor audience sentiment and inform future engagement strategies.
• Own master community lists and maintain partnership documentation.
