Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Health Creator Manager to scale TikTok Shop’s Health creator ecosystem in the US. You will bridge creator strategy, ecosystem operations, growth analytics, and agency partnerships to drive scalable growth.

The role requires data-driven decision making and strong stakeholder management, with experience turning goals into clear operating plans for creator outreach, product sampling, and campaigns. You will collaborate across teams to accelerate category growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, creator marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of how creators, content, and product discovery drive online shopping.
• Experience turning business goals into clear operating plans (creator outreach, sampling, campaigns).
• Comfortable using data, dashboards, spreadsheets, or BI tools to understand performance and drive actions.
• Strong communication skills with sellers, creators, agencies, brand partners, and internal teams.
• High ownership and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential products with account managers for creator-led promotion.
• Advise brands on creator-ready plans including commissions and campaign timing.
• Use data and AI tools to spot opportunities and craft action plans.
• Match creators with products at scale across multiple categories.
• Lead outreach to creators, agencies, and talent partners for major campaigns.
• Build a high-quality creator pool and manage samples for content and sales impact.
