Qualifications

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce channels.
• Experience leading creator- and affiliate-led sales programs.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with revenue ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, daily operations, and growth plan for TikTok Shop and other social storefronts.
• Drive GMV, revenue growth, and profitability through performance analysis and timely decisions.
• Maintain P&L visibility and guide promotions, investments, and assortments.
