Influential is seeking an experienced Specialist to join our Creator Management team in New York. The role will implement day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for our leading beauty client, leveraging our proprietary tech to connect brands with influencers.

You will manage sourcing, negotiation, content creation, and day-to-day campaign oversight, working in a startup-like environment with a focus on skincare and performance metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in digital, advertising, or influencer marketing
• Experience working with talent for influencer-driven campaigns in the dermatological skincare vertical
• Comfortable in a startup environment, creating organization and processes where none may exist
• Sourcing experience beyond social; healthcare providers, dermatologists, etc.
• Strong writing skills for client-facing collateral
• Knowledge of major social platforms (IG, FB, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
• Stay up-to-date on trends in the social realm
• Established network of managers/agents or influencer contacts
• Understanding of brand, media, and consumer relationships
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, detail-oriented
• Self-starter, collaborative, able to work independently and cross-functionally
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Aufgaben

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns
• Build and execute creator strategies specific to campaigns, refine metrics and introduce new metrics
• Support training on planning and audience reporting, research tools, and writing/presentation skills
• Liaise between Creator Management and other internal groups to meet client needs
• Identify talent and influencers to maximize ROI and hit KPIs
• Oversee talent vetting to ensure brand safety and campaign alignment
• Leverage data to position talent to clients
• Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting and content management across campaigns
