Job summary

Chase seeks a Creative Technologist within the Design and Customer Experience team to shape user experiences across products and services. You will apply deep technical expertise to tackle diverse challenges spanning multiple technologies and applications, influencing business outcomes and driving customer-centric solutions.

Lead end-to-end initiatives, contribute to design strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development while leveraging AI/ML

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, app development, testing, and ops stability.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, AI/ML, or mobile technologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboarding, wireframes, prototypes).
• Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to develop transformational innovation strategies and north-star representations.

Responsibilities

• Drives decisions influencing product design, app functionality, and operations.
• Develop and execute CX strategies for complex projects aligned with business goals.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes for key touchpoints.
• Provide technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
