Job summary
Chase is seeking a Creative Technologist within the Design and Customer Experience team to shape user experiences across our products and services. You will leverage deep knowledge of design and software development to drive significant business impact and solve complex challenges across multiple technologies and applications.
You will lead design strategy and prototyping, ensuring innovative and user-friendly experiences that balance business needs with user insights, using the latest AI tools
Qualifications
- Software engineering concepts training or certification.
- Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operations.
- Ability to tackle design problems independently with minimal oversight.
- Experience creating visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
- Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Drive product design decisions, application functionality, and operations.
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies across multiple product areas.
- Diagram service flows and wireframes; prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
- Provide technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Collaborate to integrate UX into product development for customer-centric solutions.
- Analyze market trends and user data to inform design decisions.
