Responsibilities

• Source and screen creative professionals across design, video, and content disciplines.
• Map talent pools on LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, and the IndieFolio network.
• Draft outreach messages, follow up with candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and summaries for client review.
• Shadow senior recruiters and learn how client briefs turn into hiring strategies.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and basic recruitment reports.
