Job summary

Pro Enviro Testing is seeking a remote HR recruitment intern for a 3 to 6 month engagement. You will recruit and source candidates using job boards, social media, and smart headhunting platforms, and post openings for Developers, Tool Designers, Marketing Analysts, System Engineers, Project Managers, and Fundraising Analysts.

You'll screen resumes with an ATS with NLP, conduct structured interviews, manage communications via email and LinkedIn, and support talent analytics and HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Exposure to machine learning or recruiting platforms (Coursera, Udemy, university programs).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and CRM systems.
• Interest in hiring across multiple roles including tech and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates using job boards, social media, and headhunting platforms.
• Post job openings for Developers, Tool Designers, Marketing Analysts, System Engineers, Project Managers, and Fundraising Analysts.
• Screen resumes and applications using ATS with NLP capabilities.
• Schedule and conduct structured, tech-supported interviews for diverse roles.
• Manage communications via email and LinkedIn using automated CRM and follow-up tools.
• Support HR tasks including data processing, talent analytics, chatbot engagement, and decision-making for recruitment and team allocation.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, operations, and business teams to align HR strategies with company initiatives.
