Surface Experts of Northern Colorado is seeking a color-conscious technician to perform on-site repairs with a focus on quality and customer communication. You’ll work closely with a small, local team in a supportive environment and contribute to diversified projects daily.

As part of a local owner-operated franchise, you’ll receive hands-on onboarding, a branded company vehicle, and all necessary tools. The role blends creativity with practical repair work in various settings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manual work such as construction or painting.
• Background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not mandatory.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more repairs on-site daily with strong customer service.
• Perform repairs on-location and communicate progress via CRM/Dispatch tools.
• Follow a consistent repair process and use provided tools and materials.
