Surface Experts of South Denver is seeking a hands-on professional to perform on-site repairs on various hard surfaces in apartments, hotels, and construction zones. You’ll match colors, apply our unique process, and work closely with residents to ensure satisfaction.

You will use a provided toolkit, learn our 5-step craft, and contribute to a small, collaborative team, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manual or creative work (construction, painting, sculpting, etc.).
• Strong eye for color, ability to match and reproduce colors accurately.
• Comfort working on-site at apartments, hotels, and construction zones.
• Good communication with customers and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs on-site from start to finish.
• Interact with customers professionally and document progress in our software.
• Learn and apply our 5-step repair process and use tools in your kit.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report progress to the team.
