Surface Experts of Northern Colorado is seeking an on-site technician to perform color-matched repairs with a focus on craftsmanship and customer service. You will work directly in clients’ spaces, handling diverse projects from color matching to finish work, and you’ll be supported by an owner-operated team.

The role emphasizes hands-on, creative problem solving, a strong daily repair quota, and a growth-minded culture with onboarding and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work—from construction and manufacturing, to painting or sculpting.
• A background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not a deal breaker.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• In the Field Daily: Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day and perform work on-location with strong customer service.
• Customer Service and Communication: Update progress on repairs in CRM/Dispatch tool and collaborate with Support Team.
• Follow Repair Process: Learn our 5-step process, master tools, and apply unique repair solutions.
