Job summary

NVE is seeking an Associate Director of Creative Resource Management to lead our centralized resourcing for the Creative department. This senior role translates workflows into staffing plans, balancing talent, budgets, and timelines across design, copy, art direction, and 3D.

You’ll partner with Creative Leadership, Accounts, Strategy, Production and Finance to optimize capacity, ensure sustainable workloads, and cast the right talent for each brief with empathy and rigor.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in creative resourcing within experiential/creative agencies.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end creative processes across design and copy.
• Proven ability to balance priorities and partner with senior leaders.
• Strong financial acumen for project margins and freelance budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the resourcing strategy for the Creative department.
• Forecast capacity, identify gaps, bottlenecks and action plans.
• Maintain real-time resourcing data and ensure standardized cadences.
• Oversee freelance strategy and onboarding in partnership with Finance.
• Promote human-first staffing and inclusive casting across projects.
