OpenAI is seeking a Creative Resource Lead in San Francisco to ensure optimal talent, capacity, and delivery for high-priority creative work. You'll partner with the Head of Creative, strategists, and operators to forecast demand, balance programs, and allocate internal and external resources.

This role blends people science with creative craft in a hybrid office setting. You’ll shape staffing plans, assess work, and build scalable resource models while embracing AI-enabled tools to improve

Competenze

10+ years owning creative resource management, staffing, or talent allocation across multiple disciplines.

Mansioni

Own creative resource planning across internal teams, contractors, and agencies.
Maintain current view of availability and upcoming demand across design, copy, motion, video, and web.
Build capacity forecasts and staffing scenarios for programs and launches.
Assess incoming work with Strategy & Operations to develop staffing recommendations.
Understand team strengths and workloads to assign work and foster growth.
Recommend resource models (internal, contractors, agencies, self-service) based on priorities and cost.
Build and maintain a network of contractors and agency partners for capacity.
Manage contractor/agency assignments with clear scope, timing, and cost.
Forecast and manage the creative resourcing budget with leadership.
Identify and resolve conflicts and workload imbalances to protect timelines.
