Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and advertising, with examples of AI-enhanced work.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with design tools and AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience mentoring and guiding teams toward a shared creative vision.
Responsibilities
- Generate and refine visual concepts using AI tools and layout automation.
- Experiment with AI workflows to improve quality, speed, and output.
- Lead creative direction to ensure alignment with strategy, brand, and purpose.
