Surface Experts in Park City, UT is seeking a creative Technician to perform on-site repairs using color-matching and hand skills. You will complete 4+ repairs daily and interact directly with customers, documenting progress and coordinating with the Support Team.

The role offers a base salary with performance-based commissions from day 1, a company vehicle, tools provided, and ongoing training. No overtime, weekends, or nights; flexible scheduling supported.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with manual work such as painting, carpentry, or manufacturing.
• Ability to see and replicate colors accurately for matching finishes.
• Strong customer service and clear communication when working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform 4 or more on-site repairs daily.
• Interact with customers and document progress in CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Follow and adapt to a unique 5-step repair process across locations.
