Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Creative Project Manager to own the end-to-end project lifecycle, aligning creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-quality client work. You will standardize processes, keep stakeholders informed, and foster collaboration across LATAM and US hubs.

You will leverage Asana and Google Suite daily, manage schedules, capture notes, and anticipate risks while growing your leadership skills in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Regularly manage project tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• AI integration and keeping communication visible to teams.
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capture meeting notes, consolidate feedback, and share updates.
• Facilitate communication between Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production and others.
