Job summary

thelab is seeking a Project Manager – AI Production Systems to plan, coordinate, and deliver AI-driven production initiatives across creative, production, technology, and business teams. You will serve as the central coordinator for AI development, production workflows, and process improvements, ensuring projects meet timelines and stay within scope.

You will lead cross-functional teams, navigate complex stakeholder needs, promote Agile practices, and drive continuous improvement to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience in technology, creative production, marketing, or digital environments.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams from initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver AI and production technology initiatives within HOME.
• Lead cross-functional teams including AI Developers, Creative Technologists, CGI Artists, Production, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support AI-enabled workflows that improve creative production efficiency and scalability.
• Track budgets, schedules, priorities, and project performance metrics.
• Lead project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and process improvements.
• Promote Agile project management practices and continuous improvement across teams.
