Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year presentations experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Skilled in MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Familiar with other software for editing/creating documents; Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to apply intermediate grammar, spelling, and composition to work requests.
• Must have good organizational skills and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs/tracking software for all presentation work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion through task lifecycle.
• Create and edit presentations (pitch books and materials) to support client brands; coordinate intake/workflow (PowerPoint frequently).
• Edit/standardize outputs using established procedures/formats to client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware problems and meet delivery deadlines.
• Support client relationship-building and provide QA on own or others' work.
