Job summary

SBH Fashion in New York seeks a Creative Marketing/Design Coordinator to support the Creative Director by organizing daily creative operations, managing campaigns and brand assets, and keeping projects on schedule. You will coordinate across internal teams, licensees, partners and vendors to ensure timely approvals and polished outputs.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, licensees and vendors.
• Knowledge of fashion, branding and visual trends is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating campaigns and assets across multiple channels.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow through on approvals and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product, graphics, packaging and creative submissions for review; track approvals, revisions and feedback.
• Serve as a daily contact for licensees and partners, communicating creative direction and following through on deliverables.
• Organize and distribute seasonal style guides, mood boards, brand guidelines and approved creative materials.
• Support campaigns and photoshoots by coordinating samples, shot lists, reference imagery and production documents.
• Maintain the digital asset library, ensuring teams have access to current, approved materials.
• Track project owners, deadlines and outstanding items; flag bottlenecks and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate requests across Design, Marketing, Social, E-commerce, Licensing, Sales, Production and external partners.
