Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including order processing, client communications, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product information for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and inventory as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and marketing) to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
• Help manage and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with reporting, sales analytics, and tracking key performance metrics.
• Support trade shows, showroom appointments, and other sales events as needed.
• Receive, tag, and track new samples and inventory.
• Monitor and manage sample stock and replenishment.
• Coordinate sample shipments to accounts or trade shows.
• Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Log and track customer TOP orders accurately.
• Ensure TOP samples are organized, accounted for, and returned in a timely manner.
• Communicate with buyers and sales team regarding TOP order status.
