The role requires 1+ years in project management within fashion or retail, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office and tools like Asana/Workfront. Collaboration with Creative and Ops teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project management or related field within fashion, luxury, or retail.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Asana, Workfront).
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across creative and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Brand collateral and packaging: manage end-to-end process for packaging and marketing collateral with timelines and cross-functional communication.
• Tapestry/Foundation Requests: oversee requests from corporate and foundation teams with detailed timelines.
• Sample Organization for Lead PMs: oversee sample logistics for photoshoots and marketing initiatives; track samples with Sample Management team.
• Invoice Processing: process invoices and maintain records for budget tracking.
• Clear and Timely Communication: document projects and provide regular stakeholder updates.
