You will assist customers, manage checkouts, stock, and store recovery, while communicating with clients and team, handling emails and calls, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in line with Michaels standards.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate in-store events, including child's birthday parties and craft classes.
• Demonstrate crafts and lead activities; face painting and other event activities.
• Coordinate event add-ons (goody bags, balloons) and communicate plans with clients and store team.
• Assist customers with shopping and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Handle administrative tasks: emails, phone calls, and paperwork; adjust plans per client feedback.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Support omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup In Store, Ship From Store) as needed.
