Michaels in Lancaster, CA is hiring a party & event host to plan, coordinate and facilitate events inside the store, including kids birthday parties and craft classes. You will deliver friendly customer service, help guests shop, and manage event setup and break down to create a fun and stress-free experience.

The role requires strong people skills, experience with children’s events, and the ability to work a retail environment with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

• Experience working with children and children’s events.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate multiple events in store (including kids’ birthday parties and crafts).
• Instruct participants and assist with craft projects.
• Facilitate add-ons (goody bags, balloons) per standards.
• Engage with guests of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Coordinate event details with store team and clients.
• Handle administrative tasks such as emails and calls.
