Job summary
Koch Communications and Marketing (KCM) seeks an experienced Adobe Workfront specialist to own and optimize our workfront environment within the Atlanta-area creative organization. You will configure templates, dashboards, forms, and notifications while partnering with admins to ensure governance and efficiency.
The role emphasizes training, adoption, and value reporting. Develop job aids, onboarding for Marketing Managers and production teams, and build reliable reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Five+ years in creative operations, marketing operations, or PMO.
- Hands-on experience configuring Workfront in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience building Workfront reports, dashboards, and forms.
- Experience training users and enabling ownership of processes.
Responsibilities
- Own Adobe Workfront configuration, templates, dashboards, and forms.
- Lead onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing training for teams.
- Develop job aids, SOPs, and reusable learning resources.
- Monitor adoption and drive process improvements with governance.
- Create executive-level operational reporting and value narratives.
