Job summary

Koch Communications and Marketing (KCM) enables Koch and its companies to communicate effectively worldwide. Based in Wichita with teams in Atlanta and beyond, KCM drives strategic marketing and creative operations to improve velocity and alignment across campaigns.

The Creative Operations Manager will own Adobe Workfront governance, templates, dashboards, and reporting, enabling faster, data-driven decision-making and scalable creative execution across teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in creative/marketing operations, PMO, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Adobe Workfront.
• Experience building/manipulating Workfront reports, dashboards, and templates.
• Experience training users and enabling ownership of processes.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Adobe Workfront within the creative org.
• Configure and improve Workfront templates, forms, dashboards, and notifications.
• Maintain templates reflecting evolving services, workflows, and governance.
• Partner with admins on configuration, integrations, permissions, and testing.
• Establish standards for project setup, hours, and reporting integrity.
• Develop job aids and standard operating procedures; enable self-service.
