Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Adobe Workfront expert to join our team in New York for a combined solution architecture and hands-on configuration role. You will advise clients on implementing the Adobe Marketing Cloud and support large-scale transformations, acting as a product owner or in support of a client product owner.

You will lead discovery, configure Workfront, and enable internal teams through best-practice guidance, training, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workfront administration or consultancy.
• Minimum of 3 years of Experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.
• Minimum of 2 years leading discovery and requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with commercial and pre-sales instincts to scope and position complex solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution leadership to define solutions and accelerate delivery as a product owner or support a client product owner on large scale implementations.
• Configure Workfront objects including forms, templates, programs, portfolios, dashboards, reports, approval processes, milestones, notifications, and more.
• Lead internal capability enablement through knowledge sharing, training, and partner certification to accelerate practice growth.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and drive issue resolution through to completion while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
