Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is seeking an Associate Manager, Creative Workflow and Production in New York to lead day-to-day execution of creative projects that support the brand and business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams and creative partners from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative partner with strong production management skills, a creative mindset, and experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–6 years of experience in creative services/brand/project management/production.
• Strong understanding of Creative Services operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of creative from concept through final delivery.
• Bridge gaps between art, fashion, editorial, events/PR, post, ecomm to ensure on-time, on-brief delivery within budget.
• Develop and maintain production timelines, workflows, and resource plans to meet priorities within budget.
• Track project metrics, production calendars, and team capacity to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure timely editing, retouching, approvals, and asset delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
